Tattoo rates for Phil start at $180 an hour and $160 an hour for larger 4+ hours sessions.

Audri usually gives pieces a price depending on size and subject matter with a minimum of $120.

Fill out the Appointment Form on the website or email the artist directly.

1. Booking with Phil occurs around three times a year in four-month increments due to the high demand for larger projects.

2. Anyone who has joined the mailing list will be notified first and given priority to choose dates for the next round of scheduling.

3. We ask that in-person appointments be made during a brief consultation to discuss the design and placement. (exceptions are given to those coming from out of town.

Black Dolphin is a small Private Studio located in the U District 5230 University Way NE. Seattle, WA 98105.

Street Parking is available right out front, accessible, and under two hours. More extended Term parking is available on parallel streets, Brooklyn Ave NE and 15th Ave NE.

Most new projects require a $100 non-refundable deposit.

I only ask to leave one deposit for large (multi-session) tattoos. Still, I typically ask you to book any appointments needed to complete the tattoo ahead of time during the initial consultation.

Unfortunately, all tattoo designs are only available to be seen on the day of the first appointment.

Any minor changes needed can be made that day; for more significant and challenging adjustments, we will have to reschedule for the next available appointment slot.

48-hour Notice is Required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Otherwise, the deposit is forfeited.

If there is an emergency, please let me know, and an exception can be made.
